Orders are processed within 24 hours and delivered within 2–4 business days across Egypt. Express delivery is available at checkout.
Open the Track Order page and enter your order number and the email you used at checkout. You will see the current status of your order, and you can upload a payment screenshot there if you paid by transfer.
Returns and exchanges are accepted within 14 days, provided the item remains unworn and in its original condition with tags attached.
Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect your return. We refund through the same method you paid with, or by InstaPay / wallet transfer.
Order changes are possible within 2 hours of placing the order. Contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to help.
Each product page includes a Size Guide with measurements in centimeters. If you are between sizes, we recommend sizing up for a relaxed fit.
We accept Cash On Delivery, InstaPay and mobile wallet transfers (such as Vodafone Cash) within Egypt. The options currently available are shown at checkout.
Yes. The whole site is served over a secure HTTPS connection and we never ask for card details. Transfers go straight from your bank app or wallet to our account, and your transfer screenshot is stored privately and only visible to our team.
